Moser Fruit Tree Sales offers hundreds of variety/ rootstock combinations from the high quality
nurseries that we represent, including the newest and latest varieties and
developments in the fruit industry. We carry numerous strains of apple,
pear, peach, nectarine, sweet and tart cherry, plum, prune, and apricot.

ALL protected and patented varieties are properly licensed from the rightful owner of the
protected variety by the supplying nursery. Since new varieties and
rootstocks are the lifeblood of the industry, we respect the rights of plant
patent and trademark owners and will report instances of "bootlegging"
or "high jacking" of protected varieties. We do not and will not
grow or sell any varieties which have not been properly propagated. We
encourage any grower thinking about propagating their own trees to respect the
property rights that new variety developers have in their discoveries by
obtaining a license before doing so. It is illegal
to propagate or sell the fruit from illegally propagated trees which are
patented or trademarked.
